Website content is provided for general business and product information. Equipment needs, field conditions, compatibility, pricing, availability, lead times, and project requirements must be confirmed for the specific request.
Submitting a form does not by itself confirm an appointment, accept a project, create a final quote, reserve a product, or require a vendor purchase.
Quotes, orders, and approvals
Quotes and orders may require customer, product, price, tax, freight, payment, availability, and vendor review. A dropship order remains subject to the approval workflow and the terms presented with the applicable quote or order.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the website or connected systems.
- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized material.
- Do not use automated access in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable rights.
Items still requiring legal review
Final terms must address intellectual property, warranties, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute handling, account rules if customer accounts are introduced, and any provisions required for ecommerce. Those terms are intentionally not invented in this draft.
